Bună dimineaţa, dragilor! Azi vă fac din nou o recomandare de pe meleaguri străine, de data aceasta un cântec intepretat de Patty Griffin.

“Forgiveness” apare pe “Living with Ghosts”, albumul de debut al artistei lansat în anul 1996. Muzica şi versurile  îi aparţin.

O piesă despre un lucru de care aveam nevoie cu toţii: iertarea. Nu doar să o primim, ci -- mai ales -- să o oferim. Uneori e teribil de greu să iertăm cu adevărat. Dar dacă nu o facem, ne cufundăm în întuneric şi devenim robi ai mâniei. Un sentiment care ne tulbură mai rău decât toate jignirile şi faptele nesăbuite ale celuilalt.
