Bine v-am regăsit, dragilor! Ziua de azi vreau să o începem cu un colind de peste hotare interpretat de Johnny Cash: “I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day” .

Versurile acestui cântec au fost scrise în anul 1864 de către poetul american  Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Acestea au fost puse pe note muzicale 1872 de John Baptiste Calkin, versiunea sa fiind preluată de-a lungul timpului de mulţi artişti celebri precum Elvis Presley, Jimmie Rodgers, Johnny Cash, MercyMe sau Steven Curtis Chapman.

Varianta lui Johnny Cash a apărut pe albumele “The Christmas Spirit” (1963)  şi “Classic Christmas” (1980).

Pentru că astăzi avem din nou o sărbătorită, îi voi dedica ei acest cântec alături de urările ce se cuvin. Aşadar, dragă Lucia, îţi doresc să ai parte de multe împliniri şi bucurii, să creşti mare şi sănătoasă, să rămâi la fel de deşteaptă şi plină de voie bună! La mulţi ani frumoşi, cu oameni buni şi înţelepţi alături de tine care să te îndrepte mereu pe calea cea bună!

Nu în ultimul rând, pentru că azi îl sărbătorim pe Sfântul Ştefan, le urez tuturor cititorilor noştri care îi poartă numele un călduros “La mulţi ani!”.
